We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic employee to join our team as a Digital Operations Technician. This role will play a crucial part in building our team and contributing to our business success.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital CRM Configuration and Support
- Create and maintain data views as requested by ministry customers and relevant data stakeholders, including views to aid the Digital Operations team with internal data hygiene.
- Support the Digital Team in building reports for data analysis.
Digital Customer Support
- Effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization via the ticket system and in-person to understand and resolve their needs by leveraging existing processes, platforms, and team members as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Digital teammates to define, create, and implement thorough digital solutions.
- Manage relations with customers looking for a smooth data integration between systems.
- Maintain current integrations with customers and set up external marketplaces.
Digital Marketing Campaign Support
- Create online interest forms and event registrations that gather pertinent information in accordance with the needs of both ministry customers and relevant data stakeholders by complying with internal data standards.
- Update content on websites and apps and ensure the information is well organized, up-to-date, and conforms to existing content standards.
- Complete assignments in a timely manner to produce the best results for Digital's ministry customers.
Education
A degree in Information Science (IT), Marketing, or Design focused on digital technologies is required.
Skills and Competences
- 2+ years of experience setting up technical configurations and creating solutions using SaaS products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- PHP programming language and Symfony framework experience.
- Advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment.
