Key Responsibilities- Procurement Support: Utilize SAP to request Purchase Orders for the EMEA TS&D; P&SP; department, working closely with the central purchasing department and acting as a focal point.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange EMEA business travel for the TS&D; Team and T&D; Leaders in Tarragona, coordinate internal meetings and EMEA TS&D; P&SP; event arrangements, and/or track expenses.
- Vendor Management: Interact regularly with external vendors or service providers to effectively receive and organize sample shipments, acting as a focal point when required.
- Information Management: Maintain high quality standards for information knowledge, transfer and retention encompassing files, records, calendars and diaries.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
- Proactivity and good communication skills are required.
