We zijn op zoek naar een Digital Support Specialist met een sterke achtergrond in Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie (E&I) en een hands-on mentaliteit. Deze rol biedt een unieke kans om mee te werken aan geavanceerde digitale projecten binnen de EMEAI-regio.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Ondersteuning van digitale Turnaround-modellen en bijbehorende tools en trainingen.
- Beheer en logistiek van digitale apparatuur, zoals mobiele werkstations, tablets, en BLE-apparaten.
- Level 1 systeemondersteuning voor de Platinum suite van tools en andere digitale oplossingen.
- Actief deelnemen aan het plannen en implementeren van digitale hulpmiddelen in samenwerking met lokale teams.
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhoud en de kwaliteitscontrole van de digitale apparatuur.
- Training en kennisoverdracht aan teamleden en eindgebruikers.
- Reizen naar diverse locaties binnen Europa (circa 25% van de tijd).
Wat wij verwachten
- Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO4-niveau in E&I of MBO4 Expert IT Systems and Devices of een beginnende HBO'ér IT.
- Goede IT-vaardigheden of bereidheid om deze on the job te ontwikkelen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt.
- Een praktische en probleemoplossende instelling.
- Bereidheid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen en te werken op verschillende locaties in Europa.
