Falch, a leading manufacturer of water jetting solutions, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, after-sales management, and maintenance of customer data in our CRM database.
- Active sales support to the branch manager, including technical/specialized advice for customers and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
- Independent management of our rental business, delivery, and pickups with the customer.
- Assist the technician with the repair and maintenance of equipment and accessories.
Requirements
- Commercial or technical training completed.
- Several years of experience in administration and sales support, ideally in a technical environment.
- Technically skilled, interested in technology, and good IT user skills.
- Good communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Native Spanish and very good command of English.
