Water Reuse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Reuse Specialist to join our Technical Service and Development Team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical service and support in the design, implementation, and optimization of wastewater processes and technologies for municipal and industrial water reuse.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a subject matter expert on water reuse applications to position DWS's products, providing technical guidance and consultation to internal teams and external clients.
- Present technical proposals and solutions to customers and address their queries and concerns, managing opportunities at any stage on a technical level.
- Develop jointly with commercial and marketing engagement programs for priority markets to increase business visibility and positioning as a technology partner.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their water treatment requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, analyze water quality data, and recommend appropriate technology, equipment, and operating conditions to achieve desired treatment outcomes.
- Provide training and technical support to customers, operators, and field service personnel on system operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and water reuse handling.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops and customer seminars as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred (but not mandatory).
- 10 years of experience in technical functions, such as Technical Sales, Technical Service, or Project Management in water treatment.
- Relevant technical experience with UF RO Technologies.
- Understanding of water technologies (e.g., UF, RO/NF, biological, and others) theory and its practical application in water and water reuse space.
- Familiarity with water quality parameters, such as pH, conductivity, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, and contaminants commonly found in various water sources.
