Job Responsibilities
Key Functions:
- Execute administrative duties, including the preparation, organization, and storage of information in both physical and digital formats.
- Provide assistance to internal clients, making follow-up communications to inform them about subsequent steps or verify the effectiveness of previous solutions.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with order management.
- Manage inventory of assets.
- Identify tickets that necessitate escalation.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles (e.g., front desk, help desk).
- Friendly and communicative personality.
- Confident, approachable demeanor.
- Positive attitude towards customer service.
- Ability to maintain composure and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Highly organized with a proactive work approach.
- Proficient in Office suite, Windows environment, and mobile device configuration.
- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
- Strong motivation and work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Educational Background
A degree in Administrative Management or a higher vocational training in Administration and Finance is advantageous.
A First Certificate in English or equivalent (B2) is preferred.
