About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team at Dow Chemical Iberica S.L. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for process automation systems, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Minimize plant downtime caused by process automation system failures, while ensuring cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current hardware, operating system software, networking systems, and system software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, Networking, or a related field, plus process control, manufacturing, or other related experience.
  • Equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
