RoleWe're seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Sales team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we meet our occupancy and revenue goals, as well as our customer satisfaction targets.
Responsibilities- Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators.
- Analyze current strategies and develop new strategies with leadership.
- Support Sales Teams operations to implement organizational sales strategies.
- Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team absences.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to reservations.
- Draft rental agreement contracts.
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct goal setting for teams and individuals, using data to measure performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years experience leading a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing customer communications (hospitality experience is a plus).
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is valued.
- Proficient in Hubspot is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
