About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Groupe Henner. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of 20 employees, including those in 24/7 operations.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating and validating key performance indicators (KPIs) for site activities;
  • Contributing to various projects, bringing expertise and identifying key stakeholders to involve;
  • Developing and implementing action plans to improve KPIs.

You will also be responsible for managing your team, including:

  • Developing team leaders and employees;
  • Validating recruitment needs under your scope of activity in accordance with our company values;
  • Defining and challenging collective and individual annual objectives for your team.

As a Client Services Manager, you will work closely with the regional manager, serving as their voice and providing visibility on the activity.

This is a permanent contract position, offering a range of benefits, including free healthcare insurance for you and your family, annual variable bonus, quarterly profit-sharing bonus, lunch allowance, transportation allowance, and medical teleconsultation.

We prioritize work-life balance, with flexible work organization allowing you to telecommute up to 2 days per week, or 3 days for employees with disabilities and pregnant employees.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in management, customer journey improvement, client service, or similar roles. A degree in insurance or management is a plus, but your personality and skills are equally important.

You should be able to:

  • Follow up on budgets and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
  • Use initiative and define a strategic vision;
  • Develop managers' profiles and demonstrate rigor, organization, and reactivity on a daily basis;
  • Federate and motivate teams.

Bilingualism in English is required, with another language being a plus.
