About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Groupe Henner Holding Sas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of 20 employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our site in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the activity, including consolidating and validating KPIs of site activities
  • Contribute to various projects, bringing expertise and identifying key personnel to involve

Requirements

  • Ability to follow up on budgets and projects in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and defining a strategic vision
  • Methodical, rigorous, organized, and reactive, with the ability to federate and work in a respectful and supportive environment
