About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Development Manager to join our team at Adlook Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Lifecycle: Utilize your technical expertise to provide solutions to complex problems and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Maintain and Expand Client Portfolio: Take charge of maintaining and expanding our regional client portfolio, serving as a strategic advisor to facilitate problem-solving conversations and deliver exceptional client services.
  • Provide Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the clients' needs and our business goals, ensuring a high level of account support and reporting progress against goals to management.
  • Lead Client Meetings: Collaborate with the sales organization to lead key client meetings, fostering trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Engage in Product Development: Analyze requirements for creating a product that effectively addresses our clients' business objectives, acting as a bridge between our clients and the product team.
  • Lead and Expand Client Development Team: Take charge of the daily operations of the regional Client Development team, fostering motivation through transparent expectations, creating career development plans, offering constructive feedback, and upholding a standard of excellence to cultivate future leaders.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with other functional leaders to solve business challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In adtech, ideally in a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, data provider.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions.
  • Technical and Commercial Acumen: Strong technical and commercial acumen, with experience with complex tech solutions and problem-solving.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills, with a track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team, and industry groups.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Spanish at a business level.
