Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of 20 employees, including employees in 24/7 operations. You will be responsible for consolidating and validating KPIs, contributing to different projects, and developing action plans to improve KPIs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
