Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Cloud Services team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of multiple cloud services that support our critical functionalities in the Ring ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to a team of Software Engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software products.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers.
- Engineering Practices: Develop and maintain engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.
As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for owning the maintenance, design, development, and delivery of multiple cloud services. You will work closely with stakeholders, product partners, and customers to define the team's vision and goals, engage closely with stakeholders, and manage delivery of short, medium, and long-term plans.
