Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of 20 employees, including employees in 24/7 operations. You will be responsible for consolidating and validating KPIs, contributing to different projects, and developing action plans to improve KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Develop team leaders and employees
- Follow and validate recruitment needs under your scope of activity
- Define and challenge collective and individual annual objectives for your team
- Contribute to different projects, bringing expertise and identifying key people to involve
- Consolidate and validate KPIs
- Develop action plans to improve KPIs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A previous successful experience in management, improving customer journey, client service, or similar job rolesA degree in insurance or management (a plus)Bilingual in English (required) and another language (a plus)Ability to follow up a budget (KPIs) and different projects in a fast-paced environmentInitiative, methodical, and rigorous approachAbility to federate and work closely with the regional managerWhat We Offer
