Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Executive Inwards. As a key member of our Global Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management services to our clients, ensuring that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide account management services to Global Accounts incoming to Chubb UK from our Worldwide Multinational network.
- Issue and deliver policy documentation for renewal and new business, endorsements, and associated administrative tasks within Chubb's agreed standards.
- Work closely with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders where required.
- Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties.
- Support Chubb's business development and client relationship activities.
- Assist with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.
- Ensure that Chubb's Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
Requirements
- Native or advanced level in German and Spanish.
- Professional language skills in English.
- Working experience within the Insurance Industry is desirable.
- Previous experience of servicing multinational insurance projects is preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and customer-centric attitude, as well as attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
- Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
