Client Services Executive Inwards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Executive Inwards to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Global Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management services to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide account management services to global accounts, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of policy documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Support business development and client relationship activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist with ongoing projects and initiatives to improve the Global Services Department.
- Ensure that Chubb's service standards are met and exceeded in the implementation of global programs.
- Native or advanced level in German.
- Professional language skills in English.
- Working experience within the insurance industry is desirable.
- Previous experience of servicing multinational insurance projects is preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and customer-centric attitude, as well as attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
- Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
- 12-month temporary contract with potential of converting into a permanent one.
