- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and traditional marketing, with a proven track record of managing senior clients and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of marketing platform technology, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven revenue generation and growth across a book of business, with a strong focus on strategic initiatives and client satisfaction.
- Native Spanish and English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
