Digital Key Account Manager
Dopp Consultores, a leading digital consultancy, seeks a highly skilled Digital Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing accounts, supervising creative teams, and coordinating projects in a digital communication/marketing department.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Client Manager in preparing and presenting value propositions to clients
- Designing and developing marketing, communication, and content strategies to contribute to client objectives and audiences
- Defining project requirements and supervising project development to ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability
- Identifying opportunities to develop new proposals and present them to clients to increase services and revenue
- Supervising and controlling assigned teams to ensure service, efficiency, and people productivity
- Supporting the client manager in establishing long-term, mutually beneficial, and loyal client relationships
- Staying up-to-date with digital marketing and communication trends
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication, with a C1 level of English.
