Digital Client Services Manager

Zeta Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Client Services Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading data-powered marketing technology company, driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services, technology, and strategic plans that meet client needs and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction ratings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with the VP of Client Success to develop and execute revenue growth strategies, maximizing existing and generating new revenue streams.
- Present to internal resources, teammates, and clients on various initiatives and informational categories, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
- Coordinate team-wide meetings, both in-person and virtually, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and traditional marketing, with a proven track record of managing senior clients and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of marketing platform technology, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven revenue generation and growth across a book of business, with a strong focus on strategic initiatives and client satisfaction.
- Native Spanish and English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
