**The Role**
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can build strong, trusted relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for all things digital - strategy, products, platforms, and marketing - and is not afraid to speak with various client stakeholders.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a champion for Project Management and Agile best-practices, but also flexible and able to adjust your processes to fit your project team and clients' needs.
You will be responsible for defining and translating client requirements into actionable roadmaps and managing project execution.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
- Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
- Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.
- Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.
**Requirements**
- 6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce.
