About the Role

Blossom Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager for Construction Services to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating purchasing activities and processes for civil and electrical construction services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish requests for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate commercial and operational terms with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain a base of specialized suppliers and manage purchasing framework and strategies.
  • Maintain records of acquisitions, including items or services quoted, purchased, and costs.
  • Provide cost estimates for projects in the sales phase.
  • Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to effectively achieve company and project objectives.
  • Implement and improve process standards at a global level to facilitate the day-to-day of the activity.
  • Report achievements and challenges on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree in engineering (civil and/or electrical).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and/or supplier negotiations, preferably in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector.
  • High level of English proficiency (min. C1) and international experience.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks, developing strategies for risk prevention/control.
  • Autonomous and flexible.
  • Cando attitude.
  • Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures.
