Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies and plans for major construction projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans to drive value and mitigate risk.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement services on construction and construction-services-related projects and programmes.
  • Provide procurement advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage with the market and supply chain on a national and international level.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives within procurement competitions.
  • Draft tender documents and review contract documents prepared by others.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience with 3 years procurement experience for the procurement of capital works, goods or services.
  • Preferably possess a degree related to engineering or quantity surveying.
  • Experience in construction, industrial, high tech manufacturing, battery, semi-conductors, pharma and/or manufacturing sector.
  • Business level Spanish and English language skills.
