Procurement Program Manager

Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) is seeking a skilled Procurement Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Services Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing new and existing procurement programs, scoping and creating project plans, coordinating and driving execution, and clear communication to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new and existing procurement programs, delivering desired results across multiple Amazon organizations.
  • Drive supplier relationship development by holding regular business reviews to assess performance and areas of opportunity.
  • Utilize standard analytical tools to analyze business metrics for optimization and derive actionable recommendations to meet business and procurement objectives.
  • Manage or coordinate tactical procurement services and daily operations including Purchase Orders and Invoice management.

As a Procurement Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of procurement programs, including Janitorial services, Pest Control, Powered Equipment, Waste/Recycling Streams, Security, PPE Supplies, and many other services categories. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's procurement policies and procedures.
