About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Manager to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving procurement excellence and efficiency throughout the Source To Pay process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies aligned with Group procurement strategy and company objectives.
  • Ensure smooth and effective procurement processes for AXA GO business functions and Group Procurement, supported by reliable and connected procurement software and tools.
  • Define and track AXA GO procurement performance indicators and monitor performance to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead or coordinate procurement projects for GO as an entity, ensuring coordination with different stakeholders.
  • Drive the development of GO sustainability strategy in conjunction with Group and enforce its implementation with a focus on Carbon and Diversity and Inclusion.
About You

We are looking for someone with 10+ years of professional experience in procurement and/or consulting, with a strong background in procurement and experience working in a matrix and international environment.

You should have good business acumen, project/program management skills, knowledge of procurement tools and processes, and an appetite for data and technology.

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate with representatives of different levels of hierarchy, are essential.
