As a Procurement Excellence Manager at AXA, you will play a key role in driving procurement excellence and efficiency throughout the Source To Pay process. Your passion for procurement will be contagious, and you will be responsible for transmitting this enthusiasm to others.
Division and DepartmentYou will join the Group Procurement & Sourcing division, which aims to increase AXA Group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend. The division is composed of several departments, including Group Procurement Partnerships, Group Procurement General Expenses & Real Estate, Group Procurement IT & Security, Procurement Cesame, and GO Procurement Operations & Performance.
Team and ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the GO Procurement Operations & Performance team, which represents AXA GO as an entity and is responsible for leading operations procurement, defining and implementing procurement policies, processes, and tools, developing and maintaining the GO Vendor Risk Framework, and driving transversal projects.
Job PurposeYour main objectives as a Procurement Excellence Manager will be to support the development of GO procurement strategy, promote and maintain GO procurement policy, ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes, define AXA GO data strategy, lead GO projects, and drive GO sustainability agenda.
Main MissionsYour responsibilities will include defining GO procurement strategy and objectives, refining and deploying GO procurement policy, ensuring regular communication and training on procurement strategy and policy, ensuring smooth and effective GO user experience in all procurement processes, and staying connected to market and industry practice to drive for procurement best practices.
