Job Title: Program Manager, Grocery Procurement

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Grocery Procurement team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing new and existing procurement programs, delivering desired results across multiple Amazon organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new and existing procurement programs, delivering desired results across multiple Amazon organizations.
  • Drive supplier relationship development by holding regular business reviews to assess performance and areas of opportunity.
  • Influence design and development of strategic procurement programs.
  • Create and manage program communication, accelerating progress by driving clear and timely decisions, removing obstacles and escalating as appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
  • Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to create and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Execute and own large-scale process improvement opportunities within new business launches and existing processes and controls, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Utilize numerous standard analytical tools to analyze business metrics for optimization and derive actionable recommendations to meet business and procurement objectives.
  • Ensure service levels across multiple vendors/providers ensuring quality services.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the Amazon data warehouse.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Experienced in building program reporting mechanisms.
