Join our team at Webhelp Spain and embark on a challenging and rewarding career as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new customer wins for Cloud, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with local teams to drive growth in customer acquisition, consumption, and usage.

About the Role
  • Secure new customer wins for Cloud
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners
  • Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback, and update involved parties on closure, support close plan execution
  • Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions
  • Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence; surface partner capacity and capability needs and key opportunities to Partner Management team to drive development and recruitment of new partners
  • Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline
  • Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
  • On-target earnings between 33,000 euros gross/year
