Vi søker en erfaren Senior Account Manager til å jobbe med våre kunders spennende prosjekter i norsk marked. Du vil være ansvarlig for å sikre nye kundegevinster og maksimere oppsalgs- og kryssalgsmuligheter ved å samarbeide med salgsagent, løsningsspesialister, klientsalgsteam og kanalpartnerne.

Ansvarsområder
  • Sikre nye kundegevinster for Cloud
  • Maksimere oppsalgs- og kryssalgsmuligheter ved å samarbeide med salgsagent, løsningsspesialister, klientsalgsteam og kanalpartnerne
  • Drive justering og teamarbeid i et team, avdeling eller på tvers av organisasjonsgrenser
  • Engasjer deg med partnere som er tildelt muligheter til å drive partnerhandling for å anbefale de riktige løsningene og avslutte avtalen
  • Gi støtte til partner etter behov
  • Aktivt overvåke rørledning, samle tilbakemeldinger og oppdatere involverte parter om nedleggelse, støtte gjennomføring av avslutningsplan
  • Samarbeide med lokal TCM om rørledning og partnerintroduksjoner
  • Kuratere og koble til kunder et økosystem av de beste løsningene i territoriet som driver vekst i kundeoppkjøp, forbruk og bruk i tildelt territorium
  • Surface-kunde vinner for partnersalg med bevis; overflatepartneres kapasitets- og kapasitetsbehov og viktige muligheter for partnerledelsesteam for å drive utvikling og rekruttering av nye partnere
  • Kontrollere hovedytelsesindikatorer og løpshastigheter for rørledning: avleveringshastighet, lukkingshastighet, hastighet, kunde- og avtalebevaring, inntektsfangst, forbruk, etc.
