Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swedish or Norwegian Account Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal resources to support partner success
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Hunt and recruit new partners to expand our sales reach

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient in Swedish or Norwegian with advanced English skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with a solid sales background and previous experience in sales account management or customer management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
