About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the Swedish or Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of partners and understand their market and competition.
  • Forecasting and Performance Tracking: Track partner performance using various tools and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Pipeline Management: Identify new opportunities and drive successful closure of deals.
  • Communication and Event Management: Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information to partners and ease registration.
  • Resource Orchestration: Coordinate internal resources to support partners, including pre-sales, marketing, and specialists.
  • Sales Coverage: Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Plan Execution: Monitor the execution of partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities.
  • Partner Acquisition: Hunt and recruit new partners when relevant to business unit requirements.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Native or proficient in Swedish or Norwegian with advanced English skills.
  • Sales Background: Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal-Oriented: Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and self-starter.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, minimum 1 year in the IT industry, and minimum 1 year in sales account management or customer management.
