About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving business growth through effective pipeline management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking sales tools.
  • Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners and understand their market and competition.
  • Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information and ease registration.
  • Orchestrate different available internal resources to support partners.
  • Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources providing sales coverage to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment, and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI.
  • Hunt & recruit new partners when relevant to business unit requirements.
  • Attend country partner events for meeting key partners.

Requirements:



  • Native or proficient in required language with advanced English.
  • Solid sales background and previous experience in sales B2B.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter.
  • 2-3+ years B2B sales experience; Minimum 1 year IT industry experience; Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience.
  • Experience in working in a channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors (a plus).
