Swedish Or Norwegian Account Manager/ Customer Lifecycle Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving business growth through effective pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking sales tools.
- Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
- Manage a portfolio of partners and understand their market and competition.
- Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information and ease registration.
- Orchestrate different available internal resources to support partners.
- Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources providing sales coverage to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
- Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment, and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI.
- Hunt & recruit new partners when relevant to business unit requirements.
- Attend country partner events for meeting key partners.
Requirements:
- Native or proficient in required language with advanced English.
- Solid sales background and previous experience in sales B2B.
- Strong communication skills.
- Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter.
- 2-3+ years B2B sales experience; Minimum 1 year IT industry experience; Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience.
- Experience in working in a channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors (a plus).
