Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swedish or Norwegian Account Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools and metrics.
  • Develop and execute partner pipeline management strategies to detect new opportunities and drive successful closures.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of partners, understanding their market and competition, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information to partners and ease registration.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to support partners, including pre-sales, marketing, and specialists.
  • Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to provide sales coverage and maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor execution of partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities, reviewing ROI and proposing improvements.
  • Hunt and recruit new partners when relevant to business unit requirements.
  • Attend country partner events to meet key partners and build relationships.

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient in Swedish or Norwegian with advanced English language skills.
  • Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and self-starter.
  • 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, minimum 1 year in the IT industry, and minimum 1 year in sales account management or customer management.
  • Experience working in a channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors (a plus).
