We are seeking a highly skilled Native Norwegian Speaker Account Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Malaga. As the first point of contact for our company partners, you will be responsible for managing engagement and hand-off to appropriate specialists.

As a key member of our team, you will provide business and technical enablement to drive the growth of our company brands within partner channels. This includes training partner sales teams on our product strategies and solutions, managing partner pipeline and forecasting through tracking tools, and detecting and pursuing new business opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will be fluent in Norwegian and have B2 level English proficiency. Additionally, you will possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as familiarity with channel programs, partners, and distributors.

Requirements:
  • Native Norwegian language skills

Benefits & Relocation Support:

We offer a relocation package, including up to €500 flight allowance and assistance in finding accommodation. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
