Native Norwegian Speaker Account Manager in Malaga

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with company partners, ensuring seamless engagement and hand-off to our specialists. You will provide business and technical enablement to drive the growth of our brands within partner channels, train partner sales teams on our product strategies and solutions, and manage partner pipeline and forecasting through tracking tools. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the successful closure of deals, and develop partner business, focusing on sell-out growth, margin improvement, and program compliance. You will also analyze the partner's market and competitive landscape to optimize our market share, drive partner loyalty by promoting certifications, competencies, and meeting program requirements, and possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native Norwegian and B2 level English proficiency.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in a channel environment.
  • Skills: Familiarity with channel programs, partners, and distributors, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and ability to collaborate, innovate, and work toward goal achievement within a team environment.
Benefits and Relocation Support:

We offer a relocation package, including up to €500 flight allowance and assistance in finding accommodation. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
