You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to grow account revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations. Regularly reviewing account performance, providing updates, and implementing improvement plans as needed will also be part of your responsibilities. You will analyze client needs and industry trends to ensure the best solutions are provided. Finally, you will track account progress and ensure goals are met in line with business objectives.

Requirements:
Native Norwegian speaker with strong proficiency in English.

Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
