We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Malaga. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your customer relationship management skills and drive business growth in the region.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement. You will establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, deliver customized solutions, and foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial contact to long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and optimize workflows.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and boost customer retention.
Requirements:
  • Native Dutch speaker with a B2 level of proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management or account management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer engagement tools.
