About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Cloud Solutions team in Malaga. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new customer wins for Cloud and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned territory.
  2. Collaborate with Sales Agent, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback, and update involved parties on closure and support close plan execution.
  4. Work closely with local Technical Customer Management (TCM) on pipeline and partner introductions.
  5. Curate and connect customers with an ecosystem of best-of-breed solutions in territory, driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption, and usage.
  6. Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence and surface partner capacity and capability needs to the Partner Management team.
  7. Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline.
  8. Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs.
