About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new customer wins for Cloud, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for actively monitoring pipeline, collecting feedback, and updating involved parties on closure, as well as collaborating with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions.

  • Actively monitor pipeline and collect feedback

  • Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence
  • Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline
