Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Cloud Solutions team in Malaga. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new customer wins for Cloud and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Sales Agent, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback, and update involved parties on closure and support close plan execution.
- Work closely with local Technical Customer Management (TCM) on pipeline and partner introductions.
- Curate and connect customers with an ecosystem of best-of-breed solutions in territory, driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption, and usage.
- Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence and surface partner capacity and capability needs to the Partner Management team.
- Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline.
- Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs.
