About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new customer wins for Cloud and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales Agent, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new customer wins for Cloud
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor pipeline, collect feedback, and update involved parties on closure
  • Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions
  • Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence
  • Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who is native or proficient in Swedish and fluent in English. You should have 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience and a proven track record of success.
