**Our Unit**

Our Business Partner Master Data team supports the Shared Service Organization and Divisions of BASF in maintaining efficient processes and applications for global Business Partner (Customer/Vendor) and related master data.

**Responsibilities**

As a key member of our product team, you will play an active role in consulting, designing, and implementing solutions in Business Partner master data applications to meet the requirements of our stakeholders.

You will align functional and process requirements with internal Business Partners, Product Owners, and Solution Architects, and translate them into the necessary IT language.

You will apply your skills in development and configuration, using design and coding best practices to build and operate high-quality components and solutions.

You will foster digitalization and automation of Business Partner master data maintenance in all phases of the DevOps cycle.

You will take responsibility for designs, planning, estimations, and ongoing activities as part of an agile product team.

**Qualifications**

A bachelor's or master's degree in relevant Business/IT studies with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Several years of experience in Object Oriented SAP ABAP.

High level of expertise in Business Partner SAP Master Data on SAP S/4HANA, including SAP Master Data Governance, Data Replication Framework (DRF), SAP Webdynpro, and Webservices.

An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive and energized culture.

A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve.

A team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

You can demonstrate fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

**Nice to Have**

Experience in SAP Business Partner and/or S/4 will be an additional advantage.

Experience working in agile with a DevOps mindset; Scrum knowledge appreciated.
