Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Business Partner to join our Regional Strategy and Operations team. As a key business partner to the Regional CPO, you will be responsible for overseeing the End-To-End Partner Ecosystem Success unit to drive Rhythm of Business, Go-To-Market, Partner Performance, Demand Management, Insights, and Partner Adoption/Consumption & Renewal metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall rhythm of business (Cadences – FC/DM/CVJ, agenda, templates, data/insights)
  • Support all GTM related initiatives, including Partner Driven Territory (processes, reporting), Partner performance (including GSSP) evaluation, and Demand management (PSO tracking, Partner business planning status, Partner lead routing process)
  • Manage all insights/reporting relating to partner-led projects adoption status/risks, partner readiness index (competency and capacity), and Deployed ACV Forecast insights (Indirect) support
  • Support Monthly cadences with PDMs to review implementation/adoption risks (P2S, TGL)
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing complex businesses and functions with a structured set of initiatives and programs
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing multiple work streams and project teams spanning across the globe
  • Transformation: Experience translating transformations and strategy into execution & measurable business success
  • Business performance: Ability to facilitate and/or directly deliver pipeline growth; track and provide performance insights that secure revenue attainment
  • Accountability & Cross-Cultural Experience: Able to successfully collaborate across cultures and has managed and mobilized multi-country teams
