Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Business Partner to join our Regional Strategy & Operations team. This is a critical role that will oversee End-To-End Partner Ecosystem Success, driving consistency, automation, and simplicity into PES Ops. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex businesses and functions, with expertise in transformation, business performance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall rhythm of business, including cadences, agendas, templates, data, and insights.
  • Support GTM initiatives, such as Partner Driven Territory, Partner Performance evaluation, and Demand Management.
  • Evaluate partner performance, including GSSP, and provide insights for QBRs.
  • Manage all insights and reporting related to partner-led projects, adoption status, and readiness index.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing complex businesses and functions with multiple work streams and project teams.
  • Transformation: Experience translating transformations and strategy into execution and measurable business success.
  • Business Performance: Ability to facilitate pipeline growth, track performance insights, and secure revenue attainment.
