As a critical business partner to the Regional CPO, the PES Operations Business Partner will oversee the End-To-End Partner Ecosystem Success unit to drive business rhythm, go-to-market strategies, partner performance, demand management, insights, and partner adoption and consumption metrics.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex businesses and functions with a structured set of initiatives and programs, spanning across the globe. They will be able to translate transformations and strategy into execution and measurable business success, while facilitating pipeline growth and providing performance insights to secure revenue attainment.

Responsibilities

Manages overall business rhythm, including cadences, agendas, templates, and data insights
Supports go-to-market initiatives, including partner-driven territory processes and reporting
Evaluates partner performance, including GSSP, and prepares for Partner QBRs
Manages demand management, including PSO tracking, partner business planning status, and partner lead routing process
Develops insights and reporting on partner-led projects adoption status and risks, partner readiness index, and ACV forecast insights

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex businesses and functions with a structured set of initiatives and programs
Ability to translate transformations and strategy into execution and measurable business success
Experience in driving results through a multi-faceted, out-of-quarter, and multi-year landscape
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a high leadership trust score and employee engagement score
Deep competency in multi-year business planning, business case development, and operational excellence
