MS008 Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MS008 Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Manage and process orders, review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, and monitor compliance with company policies.
- Billing and Invoicing: Create billing invoices and credit notes, and process data for new orders and order modifications.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, answer contractual queries, and communicate verbally and in writing in French and English.
- Dispute Resolution: Support and manage dispute resolution, and maintain the master data of our customers.
- Communication: Communicate proactively with clients, and be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related subject.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, and effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Personal Qualities: A positive attitude, ability to provide excellent customer service, and a team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with MS Excel.
- Work Experience: Any previous work experience or internship experience working in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts.
