Ms008 Billing Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ms008 Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to our customers.
- Review and manage contracts data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as required.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Effective time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Previous work experience or internship experience in finance, administration, order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts.
