Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed.
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in Dutch and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting dispute resolution and maintaining master data of our customers.
- Communicate proactively with clients, running calculations for customer offers.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Effective time management, in order to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
- A team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work.
- High proficiency with MS Excel.
