Billing and Order Entry Specialist with German Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Billing and Order Entry Graduate with German language skills, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process orders efficiently
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications
  • Create billing invoices and credit notes
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
  • Communicate effectively in German and English
  • Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool
  • Support and manage dispute resolution
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Communicate proactively with clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Previous work experience or internship in finance, administration, order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or customer contracts
