International Finance and Order Management Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process orders efficiently
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications
  • Create billing invoices and credit notes
  • Support project managers with order-related matters
  • Communicate effectively in French and English
  • Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool
  • Support and manage dispute resolution
  • Maintain the master data of our customers
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Previous work experience or internship in finance, administration, or a related field
