We are looking for French speakers who can also speak English to join our dynamic team in a business services role.

We are open to a broad range of candidates with different skills and experience, such as administrators, finance professionals, order to cash specialists, and customer service representatives.

We will provide full training and mentoring to ensure your success in this administrative contract specialist role.

If you already have experience with order entry, validation or release, billing, dispute resolution, collections, or contract administration, you could already have relevant experience and we'd be very interested to hear from you as well.

As well as a competitive salary and company benefits, we are offering a €3000 sign-on bonus and financial support towards the cost of your housing (for those relocating to a new location).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system and monitor compliance with company policies.
  3. Process data for new orders and order modifications.
  4. Create billing invoices and credit notes.
  5. Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers.
  6. Request guarantees for placed orders.
  7. Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
  8. Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English.
  9. Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
  10. Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool.
  11. Support and manage dispute resolution.
  12. Maintain the master data of our customers.
  13. Communicate proactively with clients.
  14. Run calculations for customer offers.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in French and English.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  4. Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
  5. Effective time management, in order to meet deadlines.
  6. A positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  7. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
  8. A team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
  9. Minimum experience working in an administrative role preferably within finance or legal.

Preferred

  1. Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal related work.
  2. High proficiency with MS Excel.
